About the Role
Love seeing ideas move from the strategy deck to real-world execution? We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our fantastic agency retail team, working across some of the world’s most exciting global brands.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives on turning campaigns and creative ideas into practical, polished executions—whether it’s toolkits, product launches, activations, or in-store rollouts. You’ll keep projects moving, support senior leadership, and take full ownership of day-to-day delivery. Expect variety, pace, and the chance to see your work land in stores—not just on screens.
Responsibilities
- Managing multiple retail-focused projects from brief to delivery
- Supporting the creation and global rollout of toolkits
- Leading activations, launches, and in-store executions
- Writing clear, structured client briefs and ensuring deliverables are actionable
- Collaborating with internal teams to keep projects on time and on budget
- Identifying issues early and maintaining smooth project flow
- Building strong, day-to-day relationships with clients

Requirements
🔸 Experience & Skills
- 3+ years’ agency experience in a client-facing account management role
- Deep understanding of retail environments and how campaigns impact in-store execution
- Experience delivering toolkits, activations, or product launches
- Ability to multitask effectively and manage multiple projects
- Strong organisational skills, with a solid grasp of budgets and project commercials
