Senior Account Manager - Digital Marketing | eCommerce
# Senior Digital Account Manager (Digital Agency / eCommerce)
Role: Senior client-facing digital account manager within a well-regarded agency specialising in established client relationships and strategic growth.
## Salary £35,000 – £45,000 basic (dependent on experience) + bonus & benefits package.
## Location East Lancashire – Hybrid model:
- 3 days on-site (agency office)
- 2 days remote
📍 Requisite: Commute from an East Lancashire base. No relocation assistance or visa sponsorship.
## Key Responsibilities
- Primary client contact for a diverse portfolio of digital accounts.
- Lead and chair client meetings, calls, and reviews – forming the public face of key relationships.
- Analyse performance across campaigns and projects, delivering clear, actionable insights tailored for business success.
- Identify and develop growth where possible (no new business, but scaling odds highly beneficial).
- Bridge communication between clients and internal teams (marketing, development, project delivery), ensuring a seamless client experience.

## Requirements (Must Bring to the Table) ✅ Agency-side experience only – no retail, in-house consulting, or sales roles accepted without added experience. ✅ Backed up by portfolio of successful client management, particularly digital, eCommerce, or lead-gen. ✅ Profit and cost conscience: determine worth of add-ons/commercial opportunities while staying collaborative. ✅ Real-world competence with digital marketing channels (capture, retention, conversion funnel), irrespective of platform or toolset. ✅ Consumer-facing portfolio meeting business needs – must show a proven track record of assigned clients graviting toward you versus the ‘ Что это? ’ culture.
