Senior Account Manager – People Powered Health
Company Description

About the Role
Senior Account Manager Ideal candidate should have Account Manager experience with leadership potential, ready to take on Account Director responsibilities. Looking for someone who can leverage past projects to offer strategic insights, solve challenges proactively, and drive client-facing conversations.
Responsibilities
Account Management
- Partner with Project Managers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and scope
- Develop deep knowledge of client marketing strategies
- Identify account growth opportunities through cross-sell and upsell
- Lead client meetings and shape the client agenda
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality client outputs
- Contribute to brand planning and creative processes aligned with strategy

Project & Resource Management
- Understand resource planning and support accurate allocation of team resources
- Collaborate with Project Managers on delivery requirements
Financial Management
- Agree budgets, scope, and timelines with clients and internal teams
- Oversee financial reporting, including fees, OOP (Out-of-Pocket) costs, and tracking
- Manage purchase orders, invoicing, and SOW reconciliation
- Ensure timely timesheet completion and approval for billing
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
- Maintain and escalate day-to-day client relationships
- Manage stakeholders across all levels
- Anticipate and address risks and challenges
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven expertise in delivering change management programmes
- Strong relationship management, engaging stakeholders across multiple geographies
- Effective leadership experience (preferably with direct line management)
- Full project lifecycle management skills
- Commercial acumen, including financial and budget management
- Ability to identify and drive growth opportunities within existing accounts
- Solid knowledge of marketing principles and integrated communications
- Previous experience working in an agency environment
Skills & Capabilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to influence and work confidently with senior stakeholders
- Strong negotiation and influencing with both internal and external teams (regionally and globally)
- Proficiency in data-driven insights to identify continuous improvement opportunities
- Skilled in building and sustaining relationships at all organisation levels

- Experience with global clients and geographically dispersed teams
- Knowledge of the healthcare and pharmaceutical markets
