About Axis Brands
Axis Brands is a full service Amazon and TikTok Shop brand management agency. We manage over 65 brands, more than $250 million in annual Amazon revenue, and over $40 million per year in ad spend at a 4.5x average return on ad spend. Our client retention rate is 98 percent. We operate on a retainer model, not a 3P inventory buying model, and every account is run by a four person pod consisting of an Ads Manager, a Listing Optimization Specialist, an SEO Manager, and an Account Strategist.
Role Summary
Axis Brands is hiring a Senior Account Manager to own a portfolio of our largest and most complex enterprise level clients. This is a senior, client facing leadership role for someone who has spent years living inside Amazon Seller Central and Advertising Console at scale and who can walk into a boardroom with a Fortune 1000 brand and be the most knowledgeable person on Amazon PPC in the room. You will oversee the PPC strategy, the pod executing it, and the client relationship for accounts with significant monthly ad spend, and you will be held accountable for ROAS, TACOS, and revenue growth targets across your book of business.
Key Responsibilities
- Own full PPC strategy and performance for a portfolio of enterprise level Amazon accounts, each with substantial monthly ad spend and complex catalog structures
- Set and defend account level ROAS, TACOS, ACOS, and revenue targets with clients, and build the roadmap to hit them
- Directly oversee and mentor Ads Managers within your pods, reviewing campaign structure, bid strategy, budget pacing, and search term harvesting on a weekly basis
- Lead advanced campaign architecture across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and Sponsored TV, including bid automation rules, dayparting, placement modifiers, and portfolio level budget allocation
- Diagnose and resolve account health issues that affect PPC performance, including COSMO and Rufus indexing, listing suppression, Buy Box loss, and catalog errors, working cross functionally with the Listing Optimization Specialist and SEO Manager on the pod
- Run monthly and quarterly business reviews directly with enterprise stakeholders, translating account data into a clear growth narrative and a forward looking strategy
- Identify upsell opportunities within existing accounts, including TikTok Shop expansion, DSP, and additional service lines
- Serve as the final escalation point for client concerns on your accounts before they reach the CEO
- Stay ahead of Amazon Ads platform changes, beta programs, and algorithm shifts, and translate them into action for your accounts before competitors catch up
- Partner with the Account Strategist on each pod to align PPC execution with broader account strategy and revenue goals

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
