Ready to join London’s most creative full service digital agency and work with some of the biggest names in entertainment and culture?
Be a part of Influence Digital! Our work embraces everything from social media strategy to creative campaigns, paid media, OOH, branding and production. We have an extremely talented and diverse team who are passionate about what they do. We work with an exciting and broad roster of clients across music, entertainment, film, travel, brands and not-for-profit.
The Role
We currently have a vacancy for a Senior Account Manager on our team, to be based at our Central London HQ (hybrid-working).
The Senior Account Manager we’re looking to recruit will play a key role on our entertainment and culture client teams, and lead projects across live events, music and the arts. Previous experience in marketing live events (e.g. festivals, tours, venues, or other ticketed events) is highly desirable, but not essential for the successful candidate. Working hand in hand with our Paid Media team, a strong knowledge of the digital / performance marketing landscape is a must.
We are looking for an outstanding performer who can help us deliver best-in-class social strategies and drive stellar results for our clients. The Senior Account Manager will be a full-time member of our team responsible for providing exceptional client services in planning and executing various projects and campaigns. The role is client facing, and the ideal candidate would feel confident with external and internal communications alike.
The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience in digital marketing whether at an agency, client-side or as a freelancer. In-depth knowledge of managing successful campaigns on Meta, Google and TikTok is essential.

- Work closely and collaboratively with our own account teams as well as clients across a range of accounts, creating and executing creative and innovative social strategies.
- Work closely with the Account Directors, lead the implementation of effective ways of working for client accounts. This includes managing client communication, briefings, and overseeing the Accounts Team.
- Build long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring needs are being anticipated and met, feedback is being taken onboard by the team, and issues are escalated promptly. You will also work alongside the Account Director to identify opportunities for growth and development of your projects.
- Oversee our output to ensure it aligns with client objectives and our ongoing strategies for the accounts.
- Oversee the reporting of our work back to clients, strategically articulating the results of our campaigns and content and drawing insights that can help us to make ongoing improvements to meet and exceed KPIs.
- On projects where Influencer work is involved, take an active role in coordinating the activity including identifying, proposing, briefing and liaising with the creators and the clients to ensure the campaign needs are met.
- Line manage 1-2 junior members of the team, providing guidance and support regarding day-to-day service delivery, as well as nurturing and developing their skills and potential within the agency.
- Work closely and collaboratively with members of the wider agency team, outside of designated accounts and projects and provide senior leadership support as needed.
- Provide support on new business pitches and proposals.
- Work with cross functional teams to ensure all of our work is delivered to the highest standard.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
