Strategic Account Executive | UK (Remote) | £100K-£120K Base + Double OTE

Overview

We're supporting a fast-growing DevOps software company that's helping some of the world's largest engineering teams build, test and deploy software faster, more securely and at scale.

Following continued enterprise growth and increasing demand from global organisations modernising their software delivery, they're looking to hire a Strategic Account Executive to drive new logo acquisition and strategic account growth across large enterprise customers.

What you'll be doing

  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through to negotiation and close.
  • Generate new logo opportunities while expanding into additional teams within strategic enterprise accounts.
  • Develop relationships with CTOs, VP Engineering, DevOps Leaders and other senior technical stakeholders.
  • Lead proof of concepts, commercial negotiations and complex multi-year enterprise software agreements.
  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline using MEDDPICC, Challenger and modern sales engagement tools.
  • Work closely with internal technical and product teams to deliver successful customer outcomes and influence future product direction.

We're keen to speak with candidates who have:

  • 4+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience selling technical software solutions.
  • A genuine new business mindset with a proven track record of winning enterprise customers.
  • Experience selling to Engineering, DevOps or other technical leadership teams.
  • Consistently exceeded quota within complex enterprise sales environments.
  • Experience managing long sales cycles and closing high-value, multi-year software deals.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling DevOps, CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, developer tools or software engineering platforms.
  • Knowledge of MEDDPICC, Challenger or other enterprise sales methodologies.
  • Experience using HubSpot, Outreach, 6sense, ZoomInfo or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Additional European languages.
