Job Description
If you’re looking to continue your communications career in an award-winning global agency, then this might just be the role for you!
Why FleishmanHillard?
We have been named PRWeek’s Global Agency of the Year and Best Places to Work; a “Standout Agency” on Advertising Age’s A-List; NAFE’s “Top 50 Companies for Executive Women” for six years running; and among our firm’s award-winning work we’ve taken home 5 Lions at the Cannes International Festival of Creativity in previous years.
We are committed to creating an inclusive and equitable working environment for everyone. As the only PR Agency awarded EY’s National Equality Standard (twice!), all applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, religion, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, disability or age. Do let us know if you need any adjustments made during the interview process.
The Team
Our Brand Impact team harness the collective power of creative, social and strategic marketing to produce electric, infectious and award-winning communications. We create provocative, inspiring solutions for big brands with stories to tell - which could be anything from traditional media, social first content and creators to an installation, film, event or long-term movement. And while we’re part of a successful global group, we have developed a ‘start-up’ mentality of bravery and entrepreneurialism, rooted in business-changing ideas.
Overview
As part of a growing, vibrant, passionate and friendly Brand team, this role will support high profile global FMCG clients. You'll be the pulse of what's trending, spotting cultural moments on social channels before they go mainstream, and translating them into bold, shareable campaigns that capture audiences' imagination. Working across PR, social, and creator partnerships, you'll craft integrated campaigns that live and breathe across platforms, turning fleeting trends into powerful brand moments. This role is perfect for someone with a finger on the pulse of culture who thrives in a fast-paced, reactive environment, with the opportunity to build strategic relationships with media and creators. You'll be both the strategist and executor, developing culturally led campaigns from concept through to impact.
The Day To Day Includes
- Leading the end-to-end delivery of integrated campaigns across PR, social, and creator partnerships, making sure everything goes live smoothly and to a high standard.
- Working closely with planners and creatives to shape tactics and integrated comms strategies, keeping a clear eye on the client's commercial goals throughout.
- Owning the day-to-day campaign mechanics, from managing timelines and project admin to keeping internal stakeholders and clients aligned.
- Producing high-quality content and performance analysis, turning data into clear, actionable recommendations for clients.
- Building trusted day-to-day relationships with clients, managing expectations with confidence and keeping them engaged and excited about the work.
- Spotting organic growth opportunities across accounts and contributing to RFP and pitch responses.
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members, helping them build their skills across live projects and campaigns.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
