At Digitas Health, we partner with science-led clients to launch and develop health brands, creating digital-first experiences that address the needs of consumers, patients, and health professionals.

Operating as part of Publicis Health, our team collaborates with global DH offices—Philadelphia, New York, San Francisco—and local agencies worldwide. Our goal: apply innovation across global, EMEA, and UK clients.
Responsibilities
Account Leadership
Expanding upon Account Manager roles to absorb aspects of Account Director responsibilities.
- Leverage prior project experience to develop client recommendations and proactively resolve challenges
- Demonstrate deep client business acumen to critically assess and shape decision-making processes
- Lead strategic client conversations independently, transitioning from guidance to autonomy
Account Management
- Collaborate with Project Managers to execute projects on schedule, on budget, and within scope
- Cultivate in-depth knowledge of client marketing strategies
- Identify cross-sell/upsell opportunities to drive account growth
- Lead client meetings and align conversations to client objectives
- Ensure high-quality output delivery tailored to client needs
- Engage in brand planning and creative strategy execution

Project & Resource Management
- Expand understanding of project resource planning to optimise team allocation
- Work closely with Project Managers to clarify and align on project requirements
- Act as a bridge between creative delivery teams and stakeholder expectations
Financial Management
- Contractually align with clients on scope, budgets, and timelines
- Oversee financial tracking, including fees, OOP costs, and resource spend
- Manage purchase orders and invoicing workflows, ensuring SOW reconciliation
- Coordinate accurate and timely timesheet completion for billing
Client & Stakeholder Relations
- Ownership of day-to-day client relationships
- Navigate and manage All levels and types of stakeholders—internally and externally
- Proactively identify risks and escalate challenges where required
Qualifications
- Proven ability to deliver change management programmes
- Strong relationship-building skills—generate trust across diverse geographies and organisational tiers
- Line management experience, effective people leadership
- Full lifecycle project management expertise
- Robust commercial acumen, including budget and financial oversight
- Proactive growth mindset for identifying brand revenue opportunities
- MarComms (Marketing Communications) and integrated marketing foundations
- Essential experience within an agency environment
- Preference given to candidates with prior healthcare/pharmaceutical industry experience

Desirable Skills
- Global account. Experience managing seat-based teams across time zones and markets
- Healthcare/pharma industry knowledge
- Familiarity with Publicis Healthcare Group (PHCG) tools and offerings
- Demonstrated adaptability in both in-person and remote work
