Our UK market is growing fast, and we’re looking for a commercially minded Senior Account Manager to help take our customer management strategy to the next level.
We’ve evolved our global Customer Success model to better support customers across all regions. The function includes three dedicated teams: Account Management, Onboarding, and Technical Account Management, working together across Finland, the UK, and Sweden to deliver exceptional customer outcomes. You will join the Account Management team, owning a portfolio of strategic customers and driving retention, expansion, and long-term value creation.
As a Senior Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing strong, strategic relationships with existing customers, acting as both trusted advisor and commercial partner. Your mission is to help customers maximize the value of Leadoo AI’s technology while driving sustainable revenue growth through renewals, upsell, and expansion. You’ll proactively identify growth opportunities, manage commercial conversations, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities
- Commercial Ownership: Own a portfolio of customers with clear accountability for renewals, expansion, and Net Revenue Retention.
- Strategic Partnership: Build senior-level relationships, deeply understand customers’ business outcomes, and position Leadoo AI as a long-term growth partner.
- AI & Growth Advisory: Advise customers on leveraging Leadoo’s AI capabilities to optimise conversion performance, buyer journeys, and revenue outcomes.
- Performance & Value Realisation: Use data and performance insights to demonstrate ROI, surface growth opportunities, and drive continuous optimisation.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales, Tech, Onboarding, and TAM teams to ensure seamless execution, strong adoption, and scalable growth.
- Risk Management: Anticipate risks early, lead mitigation plans, and maintain high customer satisfaction and retention levels.
Who You Are 💙
- You have 3–5+ years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success within SaaS, MarTech, or a digital performance-driven environment.
- You have strong experience managing renewals, negotiating contracts, and driving upsell or cross-sell growth.
- You are commercially minded and confident owning revenue targets and portfolio performance.
- Fluency in English is required. An additional language such as Swedish or Finnish is an advantage.
- You are confident advising senior marketing and commercial stakeholders on growth strategy.
- You understand B2B and B2C marketing fundamentals and are comfortable discussing performance metrics, conversion rates, and ROI.
- You are analytical and comfortable using data to identify patterns, trends, and actionable growth opportunities.
- You are naturally curious and growth-minded—you proactively seek to understand customer goals and continuously look for ways to improve outcomes.
- You take accountability for your portfolio and operate with ownership, discipline, and integrity.
- You are a natural problem-solver. You thrive in a collaborative, fast-moving environment and enjoy working cross-functionally to solve complex challenges.
