Commercially-minded Senior Account Manager
We're looking for a commercially-minded Senior Account Manager to help lead some of our most important client relationships.
You'll play a key role in shaping client partnerships, driving account growth and ensuring projects deliver outstanding creative and commercial outcomes. You'll work closely with the Client Services Director and senior leadership team to identify opportunities, solve complex challenges and help steer the future direction of client accounts.
This role is suited to someone who enjoys balancing strategic thinking, commercial responsibility and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading and developing key client relationships across a portfolio of accounts
- Acting as a senior strategic partner to clients, helping shape plans and identify opportunities for growth
- Owning account performance, profitability and forecasting
- Leading large-scale brand, digital and campaign projects from brief to delivery
- Working alongside strategy, creative and development teams to deliver exceptional work
- Identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling and long-term partnership growth
- Supporting and mentoring junior members of the client services team
- Managing account risk, project scope and commercial performance
- Contributing to agency-wide planning, processes and service development

Experience
- 5+ years agency experience in account management or client services
- Proven experience managing large client relationships and complex projects
- Strong commercial understanding, including forecasting, budgeting and profitability
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing multiple workstreams
- Experience presenting to senior stakeholders and decision-makers
Capabilities
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Commercially astute and comfortable discussing budgets and growth opportunities
- Excellent client relationship management
- Able to balance long-term account development with day-to-day delivery
- Confident leading meetings, workshops and presentations
- Natural leadership and mentoring ability
