An established and award-winning Managed Service Provider is seeking an experienced and commercially focused Senior Account Manager to join its growing sales and customer success function.

This role is centred around managing and developing a portfolio of infrastructure-focused customers, driving recurring revenue growth, and acting as a trusted advisor across a broad range of technology solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining long-term client relationships while identifying opportunities across infrastructure, managed services, cloud, cyber security, and communications solutions.

Working closely with technical specialists and delivery teams, you will help customers align their technology investments with business objectives, ensuring solutions remain secure, scalable, and fit for purpose.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of key infrastructure and technology accounts.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with customers at both technical and commercial levels.
  • Conduct regular service reviews, account planning sessions, and strategic roadmap discussions.
  • Drive recurring revenue growth through account expansion, renewals, and retention activities.
  • Identify and develop opportunities across managed services, cloud, cyber security, and complementary technology solutions.
  • Lead commercial discussions, contract renewals, and service amendments.
  • Own the sales lifecycle from opportunity identification through to proposal, negotiation, and closure.
  • Collaborate with technical and operational teams to deliver successful infrastructure projects.
  • Translate customer requirements into practical technology solutions and project outcomes.
  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders throughout project delivery and service transition.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, client reports, and commercial documentation.
  • Monitor hardware and software renewal schedules while proactively identifying upgrade opportunities.
  • Advise customers on emerging technologies, infrastructure best practices, and security considerations.
  • Support onboarding activities, discovery workshops, and infrastructure assessments for new customers.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
