What You’ll Do
- Plan & buy – Manage campaigns across TV, radio, outdoor, digital, and print to deliver tangible client success.
- Think big – Shape long-term strategies that fuel growth.
- Build partnerships – Take ownership of key client, media owner, and stakeholder relationships.
- Lead & inspire – Mentor and guide your team to reach their full potential.
- Win new business – Get involved in pitches and presentations that bring exciting opportunities to the agency.
- Collaborate – Work seamlessly across departments to give your clients an edge.

What You’ll Bring
Experience & skills:
- 3+ years in media planning and buying, including TV.
- Proven ability to lead and grow client relationships.
- Confident communicator and presenter.
- Track record of mentoring and developing junior talent.
