Senior Account Manager
Senior Account Manager – Digital Performance & Loyalty Marketing
At Bond, we design, build, and manage creative and innovative solutions to help clients strengthen customer loyalty. Our mission is to deliver exceptional, data-driven marketing strategies that align with clients’ engagement objectives, driving measurable results and long-term partnerships. As we grow, we’re seeking an ambitious Senior Account Manager to support our Client Leads in managing mid-to-large projects, ensuring efficient delivery, and maintaining strong client relationships.

About the Role
You’ll be the strategic bridge between our clients and Bond’s agency teams, taking ownership of projects that demand clear communication, planning, and execution. As a Senior Account Manager, your role will include:
- Client Relationship Management: Supporting mid-to-large client accounts, ensuring smooth collaboration between clients and the agency.
- Project Ownership: Managing end-to-end delivery of projects, from scope definition through execution, ensuring they stay on budget and on time.
- Performance & CRM Insights: Leveraging a strong understanding of digital marketing and performance metrics, with an inclination to learn CRM principles.
- Business Development Support: Identifying upsell or expansion opportunities and providing data-driven insights to senior teams.
- Cross-Team Coordination: Driving alignment between client stakeholders and agency disciplines (creative, digital, analytics).
- Problem-Solving & Proposition Development: Crafting tailored strategies and proposals that meet client needs while positioning Bond competitively.

Responsibilities
Client & Project Delivery
- Present project scopes, budgets, updates, and creative deliverables to clients—virtually or in person—securing clear buy-in and approval.
- Develop client-ready proposals, budgets, and presentations that identify cost savings and profitable solutions for Bond.
- Produce high-quality documentation, including project timelines, reports, and client communications, adhering to brand standards.
- Accurately invoice clients and report on project health to senior colleagues when needed.
Strategic Growth & Business Development
- Partner with the Strategy team to refine client briefs and develop responsive, forward-thinking strategies.
- Spot upsell/expansion opportunities and escalate insights to support pitch teams and business case development.
- Mitigate risks and advocate for profitable project adjustments when necessary.
Team & Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration
- Lead stakeholder management for client projects, fostering alignment between client teams and agency disciplines (e.g., design, creative, data, tech).
- Contribute to pitches and client presentations as needed to bolster business development initiatives.

Requirements
Bond is looking for a Senior Account Manager with:
- 3+ years of experience in account management within a digital marketing agency (mid-to-large client ownership desired).
- A strategic mind with a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects for clients.
- Strong knowledge of digital or performance marketing, plus data-driven decision-making skills (CRM exposure is beneficial, though not mandatory).
- Excels in stakeholder management, balancing client expectations with agency resources.
- Demonstrates initiative, communication clarity, and resilience—both in client interactions and cross-team leadership.
- A positive, solution-focused attitude, with an appetite to embed client growth and loyalty at the heart of all projects.
