Senior Account Manager

About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team in the Global Payments Solutions division. Your role will focus on delivering global client satisfaction across a portfolio of Global Payments Solutions clients, ensuring seamless domestic and international service experiences. You’ll act as the single point of contact for complex multi-jurisdictional queries beyond basic transactional support.

Key Responsibilities
Your primary focus will be on managing the following aspects:
- Client Relationship Management
- Handle liquidity and cash management needs for a portfolio of:
- Global Network Banking clients
- Multi-National Corporations
- Local Corporates
- Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in Treasury, Finance, and local/regional organisations.

- Ensure revenue retention for your client portfolio.

- Champion Client Service Excellence across local and regional markets, including:

- Monitor the completion of global queries and local service queries, ensuring alignment with HSBC standards.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of clients to deliver excellent experiences.
- Stay trained in cash management principles to mitigate risks and enhance client relationships.
Requirements
To excel in this role, you should possess:

Linguistic Capacity (preferred but not essential):
- Fluent in Italian or Spanish, with strong negotiation and communication skills.
