## About the Role
Due to explosive growth, LT Talent is exclusively partnering with one of the UK’s most dynamic PR & Communications agencies to appoint their next **Senior Account Manager**.
Founded a decade ago from organic growth, this specialist agency operates across **Beauty, Wellness, Health & Medical Aesthetics**. Key clients include some of the industry’s most recognisable global brands.
This is an extremely rare and exciting opportunity—the role has been created to support the agency’s rapid expansion, both nationally and internationally, and to generate even broader strategic impact.
The agency doesn’t do “average.” They don’t do “generic,” and they’re not interested in hiring someone who checks boxes without bringing fresh energy.

## Responsibilities
- Lead **day-to-day account management** for multiple clients while acting as a **strategic advisor** rather than a mere delivery contact
- Secure **standout coverage** across national, consumer, trade, digital, and broadcast media
- Identify and execute **reactive opportunities** with high velocity
- Shape **client strategy** and proactively develop original **campaign ideas**, anticipating client needs
- Mentor **Account Executives and Account Managers**, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Engage in **new business development**, including pitches, proposals, and growth-oriented thought leadership

Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience working in a PR agency, ideally with exposure to beauty, wellness, health, lifestyle, or consumer brands
- Strong network of UK-based media contacts and a proven track record of securing coverage that delivers tangible business results
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-profile client relationships simultaneously
- Experience mentoring junior team members
- A commercial mindset, understanding how PR and communications strategy supports broader business goals—not just metrics
