Senior Account Manager (Private Client / UHNW Education)

Enjoy Education

Location: Knightsbridge, London | Hybrid, 1-2 days in office

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Dependent on experience + performance-related bonus

Enjoy Education is looking for an exceptional Account Manager to join our Client Services team, supporting UK and international families across private tuition, homeschooling and bespoke education consultancy.

For 20 years, Enjoy Education has worked with families making high-trust, high-consideration decisions about their children’s education. Our clients include HNW, UHNW and globally mobile families who require thoughtful, discreet and highly personalised support.

This is a client-facing, commercially aware role for someone who combines excellent relationship management with strong organisation, sound judgement and a genuine interest in education.

The Role

As Account Manager (Private Client / UHNW Education), you will support prospective and existing families from first enquiry through to ongoing programme delivery.

You will manage consultations, understand each family’s goals and circumstances, recommend appropriate support, coordinate internal teams and ensure every client receives a responsive, polished and premium experience.

This role sits at the heart of our Client Services function and involves close collaboration with Education Consultants, tutors, Tutor Partnerships, Finance, Marketing and senior colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming enquiries across private tuition, homeschooling and wider education consultancy services
  • Conduct thoughtful consultations with prospective families, understanding their goals, priorities and family context
  • Present tailored recommendations and clear next steps in a confident, professional and commercially aware manner
  • Support conversion from initial enquiry through to onboarding and programme set-up
  • Build trusted, long-term relationships with families based on discretion, warmth and clear communication
  • Act as a key point of contact for assigned clients, monitoring satisfaction, retention and opportunities to deepen support where appropriate
  • Coordinate tutor matching, introductions, onboarding, timetabling, feedback and programme logistics
  • Work closely with Education Consultants, tutors and internal teams to ensure tailored programmes are delivered smoothly
  • Maintain accurate client, enquiry and programme records within HubSpot
  • Provide regular updates on client activity, conversion, programme progress, risks and opportunities
  • Contribute to process improvements, reporting and a consistently excellent client journey

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
