Senior Account Manager – Property Branding & Real Estate Marketing (London)

We're partnering with a leading creative studio specialising in property branding and real estate marketing to find an experienced Senior Account Manager.

This is an opportunity to join a collaborative agency delivering exceptional work across the built environment, partnering with developers and property brands to create standout destinations. From strategic brand development through to integrated campaigns, film, digital, visual identity and wayfinding, you'll play a key role in bringing ambitious projects to life.


The Role

As the day-to-day lead across key client accounts, you'll be responsible for building strong relationships while ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and to an exceptional creative standard.

Responsibilities

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Leading client relationships and presenting creative work with confidence
  • Managing multiple branding and marketing projects from brief through to delivery
  • Writing clear creative briefs and coordinating internal teams
  • Managing budgets, timings, resourcing and project profitability
  • Keeping projects running smoothly through excellent communication and organisation
  • Working closely with strategy, design, digital, film and production teams

About You

We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced creative agency and has a genuine passion for branding, design and the property sector.

** Requirements**

  • Previous experience as a Senior Account Manager (or equivalent) within a property branding or real estate marketing agency
  • At least 3 years’ experience working on property marketing projects
  • Strong client management and project management skills
  • Experience delivering integrated branding projects across sectors such as commercial property, residential, mixed-use, placemaking, logistics or life sciences
  • Excellence in commercial awareness and attention to detail
  • Experience with project management software (e.g., Synergist) is a bonus
