Senior Account Manager Responsibilities
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager with strong commercial awareness and a proven ability to partner with customers to grow accounts ✨

We operate a hybrid work model—2 days per week in-office at our fantastic office in Hove.

Job Summary
We’re seeking a commercially-minded Senior Account Manager to:
- Grow and retain our existing customer base
- Own strategic accounts driving growth and shaping long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate across commercial, product, and technical teams by translating client needs into actionable opportunities while ensuring smooth customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Account Growth
- Own and expand key accounts, meeting targets for retention, upselling, cross-selling, and revenue growth.
✔ Strategic Execution
- Develop and implement account plans aligned with business priorities and customer needs.
✔ Pipeline Development
- Identify and close upsell/cross-sell opportunities in existing accounts, building a strong commercial pipeline.

✔ Stakeholder Trust
- Build and nurture relationships with senior clients, becoming a trusted advisor for customers.
✔ Negotiation & Retention
- Lead contract renewals and commercial negotiations to ensure value for both parties.
✔ Technical Partnerships
- Work closely with API onboarding, integration, and product teams to enhance client offerings.
✔ Customer Advocacy
- Act as the internal voice of the customer, influencing product development and strategy.
✔ Performance Tracking
- Maintain high operational standards using CRM systems to monitor KPIs and opportunities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B Account Management, preferably within:
- Gift card & rewards industry
- SaaS, payments, or fintech
- Track record of account growth and revenue expansion
- Strong commercial negotiation skills with senior stakeholders
- Prolific communication & presentation skills (virtual & in-person)
- Ability to translate technical products into clear customer value
- Data-driven decision-making with strong analytical skills
- Highly organised, proactive, and adept at multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
