Role summary
We’re hiring a Snr Account Manager / Customer Success Director to support our growing client base, reporting into the VP Customer Success. You will own the end-to-end delivery of new client AI experiences on the Recourse AI platform - running a repeatable delivery process. You’ll be the client-facing day to day contact and delivery project manager who drives decisions, keeps stakeholders aligned, and ships high-quality solutions on time while protecting scope. Ideal candidate will excel at stakeholder management, scope control, structured thinking, calm execution under pressure.

Key responsibilities
- Run client onboarding and delivery cadence for new AI experiences (timelines, action logs, comms)
- Facilitate design workshops to understand client requirements and objectives
- Consolidate feedback across stakeholders into unified changes; enforce change control best practice
- Coordinate internal teams (SMEs, content, customer success, sales)
- Maintain delivery standards: documentation, decision logs, acceptance criteria, and release notes
- Identify and implement efficiencies
- Build strong relationships to delight clients ensuring successful renewals
- Identify new upsell/cross-sell opportunities
Required experience
- 3-8 years in client-facing delivery: project management, client services, implementation, or account management
- Comfortable facilitating workshops and challenging clients to get crisp inputs and decisions
- Strong written communication and documentation discipline
- Experience in life sciences, pharmaceutical or medical communications industry, medical education, or training/enablement delivery

Preferred
- Familiarity with training/field enablement concepts or simulation/learning products
- Experience working with regulated content workflows (e.g., MLR)
- Exposure to AI-enabled products, conversation intelligence, or AI content operations
