Role & Department
The Securities Lending team is seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to strengthen our account management operations in EMEA.
The ideal candidate will:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a dedicated Securities Lending client base.
- Drive high-quality client engagement while identifying revenue growth opportunities.
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of Securities Lending and confidence in face-to-face presentations.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Account Management
- Act as the lead contact for client correspondence, resolving issues and delivering tailored service reviews.
- Lead revenue opportunities while maintaining strong client relationships through structured meetings and communication.

Collaboration with Relationship Management
- Work with internal teams to manage complex client relationships, including handling day-to-day queries, reporting, and compliance.
- Support business development by coordinating client presentations, meetings, and follow-ups.

Client Onboarding & Maintenance
- Oversee the accurate setup and maintenance of client profiles in internal systems.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure tasks meet deadlines and quality standards.

Issue Resolution & Process Improvement
- Develop action plans for client requests while ensuring compliance and seamless execution.
- Identify service efficiency enhancements and drive proactive improvements.

Judicial Subject Matter Expertise
- Serve as the primary point of reference for colleagues on Securities Lending processes, regulations, and practices.
Skills & Qualifications
Required:
- Proven experience in client servicing within the financial sector.
- In-depth knowledge of Securities Lending, including participant frameworks, lending policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically.
- Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Power BI).
- Ability to create and deliver high-quality content, including presentations, RFPs, and client-facing materials.
- Experience in explaining complex financial concepts to clients, both verbally and in writing.
