We’re looking for a driven and commercially minded Senior Sales Account Manager to sell a full portfolio of in-person, digital, and content sponsorship solutions. This role is focused on developing long-term, high-value sponsor relationships, driving revenue growth and retention, and delivering exceptional sponsor and client experiences across events and campaigns.

You’ll play a key role in managing sponsor accounts, identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities, delivering accurate forecasting and sales proposals, and collaborating closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to create impactful sponsorship experiences throughout the sales journey and beyond. What you'll be doing Sponsorship Sales & Account Management Achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas across a portfolio of sponsor accounts and providing seamless end-to-end delivery across events Deliver accurate sales forecasting and maintain daily CRM updates Build strong relationships with sponsors to understand their business goals and sponsorship needs Support sponsor G2M strategies through event and experiential opportunities Manage client and sponsor communications, sharing sales materials, prospectus information, opportunities, and benefits Partner with internal business units to build target lists, manage and regularly report on progress Work closely with with colleagues to create additional custom and commercially valuable sponsorship experiences Become a trusted “voice of the sponsor,” helping event and client teams adopt a sponsor-first mindset that improves attendee experiences Lead and support project teams, providing day-to-day guidance where appropriate

Salary range, dependent on experience: £45,000-£59,000 per annum Compensation is determined on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience, along with its relationship to the base salaries of current team members that are similarly situated.
