The Role

The Senior Account Manager (SAM) will drive B2B-focused strategies for global brands in tech alike from enterprise software to fast-moving consumer devices, articolated with a passion for technology.
The team specializes in industry-specific influences and supports brands navigating the AI era, shaping narratives that enhance brand reputations while connecting with key stakeholders.
What You’ll Do
Strategic Leadership
- Act as a trusted senior partner, providing strategic counsel aligned with client objectives, industry dynamics, and competitive standards.
- Develop and position B2B technology narratives that simplify complex technical topics and drive meaningful engagement.

Account & Team Management
- Oversee intago account delivery, ensuring seamless execution, adherence to briefs, and high-standard quality.
- Mentor Account Executives and Senior Account Executives, nurturing team skills and capability through coaching and feedback.
Media & Influence
- Lead proactive media relations, identifying newsworthy stories that shape successful brand awareness.
- Identify and execute strategic approach across intelligence platforms, social media, and key stakeholders, driving high-profile coverage.
Operational Excellence
- Manage complex national and international accounts where prioritisation, time management, and detail orientation are paramount.
- Collaborate closely with global teams, enhancing the agency’s broader performance and synergies.
Experience That Counts
Essential
- Proven Senior Account Manager-level experience (or equivalent) in PR, communications, or integrated agency environments.
- Expertise in B2B technology (e.g., enterprise tech, SaaS, cloud, AI, or digital transformation) with a focus on cutting through noisy markets.
- Repeated ability to craft and deploy effective, high-impact media strategies; securing wide-reaching brand narratives.
- Deep understanding of the enterprise technology and cybersecurity landscape, essential to crafting compelling, timely stories.
- Proven success in leading technical and fast-paced client programmes with exceptional stakeholder relations.
- Strong mentor-equality, experience in developing and upskilling junior talent, whilst sustaining quality and cohesion.

- Experience managing international B2B and Co inhibition Europeans for Fortune 500 enterprises.
- Firsthand familiarity with AI-led press planning or transformation narrative-building.
- Best-in-class email writing and content expertise to address audiences from non-technical SMEs to C-suite decision-makers.

- Analytical thinking, giving the ability to tackle challenging scenarios.
