We're recruiting a Senior Account Manager for a market-leading commercial relocation and workplace services business, to drive new business across their rapidly evolving workplace consultancy and estate optimisation division.

What You’ll Be Doing
Client Engagement & Sales
- Open senior-level conversations with corporate occupiers, landlords, public sector bodies, universities, healthcare, life sciences, and professional services organisations.
- Sell solution-led, multi-stakeholder propositions across:
- Facilities & Real Estate
- Sustainability & Procurement
- Finance & HR
- Executive (C-suite) levels
Pipeline & Deal Management
- Build and manage a qualified pipeline, leading from discovery to proposal to close—even in complex, multi-year sales cycles.
- Collaborate with internal specialists (workplace, operational, sustainability) to craft tailored solutions.
Proposition Development
- Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities within an established national client base.
- Shape the future of the offering—a team that values market intelligence as much as revenue.
What We’re Looking For
You don’t need prior experience in this specific sector, but our mindset and capabilities are the key factors:
- Prove you can sell complex, solution-led propositions to senior stakeholders.
- Quick to grasp client problems and translate them into actionable (and commercial!) strategies.
- Build trust and demand in longer consultative sales cycles—comfortable with shaping narratives rather than just following briefs.
- Flexible and adaptable: Willing to work with an evolving product while pushing it forward.

The Package
£75,000 basic salary £40,000+ OTE National role, London-based (with occasional travel) Full-time, permanent
