We're a growing global merchandise and gifting consultancy that helps organisations create impactful, sustainable branded products and merchandise programmes.

We're looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to take ownership of key client accounts, build lasting relationships and deliver exceptional service from brief to delivery.

This is an opportunity for a commercially minded account manager who enjoys balancing client partnership, project delivery and business growth within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

The Role

As Senior Account Manager, you'll be the primary contact for a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring projects are delivered seamlessly while identifying opportunities for growth and long-term client success.

You'll work closely with clients, suppliers and internal teams, leading projects from concept through to completion while maintaining exceptional service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage key client relationships and act as the main day-to-day contact
  • Deliver projects from brief through to implementation
  • Develop account strategies that drive growth and client retention
  • Build strong relationships across multiple stakeholder groups
  • Oversee product development, sourcing and merchandise solutions
  • Coordinate with digital and web teams to support online merchandise platforms
  • Produce client reporting and performance updates
  • Support business reviews, strategic planning and major client initiatives
  • Identify opportunities to expand services and increase account value
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest standard

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in Account Management or Client Services
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Commercially minded with a proactive approach to growth opportunities
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and to deadlines
  • Strong presentation and reporting capabilities
  • Experience within promotional merchandise, branded products or a related industry would be advantageous
  • An interest in branding, marketing and product development
  • A positive, solutions-focused mindset
  • Confidence working with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
