Senior Account Manager / Account Director – Brand & Reputation

Location: London | Team: Brand & Reputation

About the Role

MHP Group is the integrated communications agency built for the Networked Age—a world defined by connection, complexity, polarisation, and activism. We specialise in the application of behavioural science to solve real-world communications challenges, crafting multichannel strategies and campaigns that engage audiences across the spectrum: from consumers and policymakers to stakeholders and shareholders.

With 190 experts in our London office, we are trusted by the world’s leading businesses and brands. Our specialists span Brand & Reputation, Corporate Advisory, Public Affairs, Crisis & Risk, Health, Financial Services, Technology, Mischief, and Studio La Plage.

We’re seeking a highly driven Senior Account Manager or Account Director to join our fast-paced Brand & Reputation team, focused on driving ambitious growth.

Your impact: Build strategies that more about a prospect ultimately, but rather more about what can be collaboratively achieved—and positively transform an organisation’s profile in the press and public consciousness.

What You’ll Do

Leadership & Strategy

  • Plan and execute client campaigns that deliver national profiles, shaping perceptions among corporate and consumer audiences.
  • Furnish commercial counsel to clients at all levels, advising on a diverse range of strategic and tactical issues.
  • Collaborate on new business development and product launches, bridging gaps between client vision and agency delivery.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
