We’re now seeking a Senior Account Manager or Account Director to join our fast-paced and growing Brand & Reputation team. This is an opportunity to lead campaign strategy, deepen client relationships, and amplify an organisation’s narrative through high-profile, perception-shifting work.
We prioritise the right mindset over industry experience – but an agency background is preferred. We’re looking for an honest, tenacious, and fun colleague who thrives in complexity, delivers results, and doesn’t shy from challenging conversations.
Key Responsibilities

You will drive national align projects to elevate client brands and shape public narratives that benefit:
- Consumer and corporate audiences
- Stakeholders and shareholders
Your Work Day
As part of the Account Leadership team, you will:
- Campaign Leadership: Oversee delivery and strategy for key initiatives—campaigns that gain national media coverage and drive positive perception change.
- Media Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with influencer journalists, bloggers, and media outlets, securing top-tier coverage.
- Strategic Counselling: Give clients expert advice on tactical and reputational decisions, including crisis responses and stakeholder communications.
- Reactive Communication: Draft media responses, internal messages, stakeholder briefings, and social media copy—sometimes under tight deadlines.
- Supply Chain Coordination: Maintain budgets, report KPIs and ensure smooth execution with suppliers, autonomous colleagues, and upper management.
- Crisis & Opportunity Management: Be the early warning system for risks, spotting opportunities, and offering voice-to-value advice to clients.
- Team Leadership & Oversight: Support senior colleagues in ensuring accounts run smoothly, robustly logistics-related deadlines, budgets, and multidisciplinary inputs.
- New Business & Growth: Contribute how content with new clients and proposals, while keeping existing accounts thriving.

Required Skills & Experience
Ideally, this is your progression from a successful Account Manager to Senior Account Manager/Account Director. If you’re already an Account Director, we’ll consider your application too.
Essential Criteria
- Experience managing mid-to-large consumer or corporate accounts, preferably rooted in B2B or corporate communications. Examples include high-profile brands, corporate PR, or finance/lg tech sectors.
- Proven track record of high-level media relations—including proper research, pitching, and adapting to different voices—from bloggers to broadcast channels.
- A clutch of insightful owned/follower-led content for LinkedIn, hub pages, or stakeholder networks, with a broader understanding of how bigger social media fits into campaigns.
- Executive awareness—able to work with leaders fast, understand their needs, and communicate effectively upwards, downwards, and across internal and external teams.
- Exceptional written skills—pitches, earned articles, position statements, and proposals pitched to both clients and new business prospects.
- Demanding organisation: multitasking without losing scrutiny. Tasks include cascading information, ensuring proper resource allocation, and maintaining all campaign detail in rigorous tracks (logs, reports, and reports).
- Passion for news and current affairs, with proven curiosity and attention that cuts through polarization.

Strong Knowledge
- Precision in grammar and spelling—an eye for detail you’d expect in communication directors.
- Understanding of trends and shifts in consumer/overaw election messages to target communications through different channels.
- Experience working with guilt-influencers, managing digital visions and large-scale campaigns.
