Senior Accountant
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage financial operations and support the company’s financial planning. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day accounting functions, ensure compliance, and assist management with cost analysis and budgeting.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Management & Reporting
- Manage company finances, budgeting, and monthly project closing.
- Prepare financial summaries and maintain accurate records.
- Monitor cash flow and ensure timely financial updates.
Payments & Invoicing
- Handle vendor payments, client invoicing, and revenue recognition.
- Track outstanding payments and maintain proper documentation.
- Coordinate with teams to ensure accurate billing for projects.

Compliance & Standards
- Ensure compliance with taxation requirements and accounting standards.
- Maintain adherence to internal company policies and processes.
- Support in audits and statutory filings.
Cost Analysis & Collaboration
- Work with management to analyze costs and improve financial efficiency.
- Provide insights for budgeting and operational decision-making.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and time management skills.

Preferred Experience
- 3+ years of experience in accounting roles.
- Experience in the IT and marketing industries is a plus.
- Knowledge of Zoho Books or similar accounting software.
