About the Role
A successful accountancy practice based in Helston is searching for a Senior Accountant to join their team. You will be responsible for preparing and reviewing year-end accounts, tax returns, VAT, bookkeeping, and providing wider all-around services. You will act as key right-hand support to directors and senior management.

The firm acts for a wide range of clients across varying industries and turnover sizes, including sole traders, partnerships, limited companies, SMEs, and OMBs. Description
As a Senior Accountant based in their Helston offices, you will be responsible for:
- Preparation and review of year-end accounts
- Personal and corporate tax compliance
- Overseeing wider services
- Acting for clients across varied industries and turnover ranges
- Working on CCH, Sage, and other online accountancy software
You will have increasing client management responsibility, help develop and mentor teams, and progress in your accountancy practice career within a successful and growing, chartered firm of accountants.
Profile
You may be qualified or a part/finalist across any of AAT, ATT, ACA/ACCA, etc., or have developed your career through experience only to date. You should have a career background within accounts/tax and all-around general accountancy practice service delivery to wide-ranging sole trade, partnership, and limited company clients. You should have developed your career to around the Senior Accountant level and be looking for a challenging new career opportunity. Full or part-time working hours can be explored, moldable around the preferences of the right candidate.

Job Offer
