Job Role: Senior Accountant

Location: London, UK – Hybrid (3 days in Office)

Who we are:

We believe everyone can be better with a coach... and we won’t stop until we get there.

Coaching changes people’s lives. It helps them be happier and more productive in their work. It turns entire companies into more inclusive, more productive places to be. That’s why we’ve made it easy for more people – not just those at the top – to benefit from the world’s best coaches. This is true of our EZRA team. We believe a happy team is a productive one. We help our people grow, to care deeply about and be proud of what we do.

The Role

Reporting to the Director of Global Accounting, you will serve as a key accounting stakeholder partnering with cross-functional international teams to drive accurate reporting. In this role, you will fully own the reconciliations and financial data integrity for approximately 12-15 legal entities across multiple geographies and ERP platforms. You will act as the central point of contact to eliminate data ambiguity, manage complex intercompany cross-charges, and ensure accurate revenue recognition across our expanding global footprint. You will primarily divide your time between two critical priorities: ensuring revenue recognition schedules are accurately reflected across international entities and overseeing the timely booking of intercompany cross-charges.

What You'll Do:

  • Own reconciliations and data integrity between the global Accounts Receivable Subledger (AR SL) and local General Ledgers (GLs) across multiple international entities.
  • Investigate and resolve variances on revenue and deferred revenue accounts between the global AR SL and local GLs.
  • Manage revenue recognition accuracy across multiple ERP platforms, ensuring complete alignment with the global AR SL.
  • Ensure revenue amortization schedules are mapped and reflected accurately across different country-specific ERP systems.
  • Partner with local finance teams across EMEA, NAM, and APAC to resolve existing communication and system disconnects while streamlining financial processes.
  • Oversee quarterly cost recharges and intercompany reconciliations.
  • Own and reconcile coach expenses.
  • Verify and audit cost true-ups, ensuring local entity entries match calculations provided by the central corporate team.
  • Own and prepare comprehensive global intercompany cross-charge reports.
  • Prepare balance sheet reconciliations to support a timely month-end close cycle.
  • Prepare and review monthly trended analyses, confidently presenting and explaining the main drivers behind financial variances to leadership.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
