Senior Accountant Role with a Well Established Accountancy Firm in Farnham
Client Details
Our client is a well-established accountancy practice in Farnham.
Description
- Prepare statutory accounts for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies
- Complete corporation tax returns and personal tax computations
- Manage a portfolio of clients, acting as a key point of contact
- Review and support junior staff with bookkeeping and accounts work
- Assist with VAT returns, management accounts, and compliance work
- Liaise with clients to provide proactive accounting and advisory support
- Ensure work is completed in line with UK GAAP and relevant tax regulations

Profile
A Successful Senior Accountant Should Have
- Professional accounting qualifications (ACCA/ACA) or equivalent academic background.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Confidence in communicating financial insights to non-financial stakeholders.
