Senior Accountant (ACCA / FCCA)
Berkshire Talent Partnership is partnering with a well-established and growing accountancy practice based in Windsor, providing a high-quality, personal service to a broad range of owner-managed businesses and individuals.
To support this firm, we're looking to recruit a part time, fully qualified ACCA or FCCA Senior Accountant with solid practice experience to join this friendly and collaborative team. This role would suit an experienced practice professional who enjoys working independently, managing multiple priorities and reviewing the work of others to ensure a consistently high standard of delivery.

Key Responsibilities Preparation and review of annual statutory accounts for limited companies Preparation and review of corporation tax returns Reviewing accounts prepared by junior team members and outsourced providers, ensuring accuracy and compliance Reviewing bookkeeping and VAT returns prepared by junior staff Providing guidance, mentoring and technical support to junior team members Assisting with ad hoc technical queries and internal process improvements
Skills & Experience Required Fully qualified ACCA / FCCA Minimum 4 years’ post qualification experience within an accountancy practice Strong experience preparing and reviewing statutory accounts and corporation tax returns Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision Ability to manage changing priorities and multiple deadlines effectively Strong organisational and time management skills Confident communicator with a collaborative and supportive approach Proactive, flexible and detail-oriented mindset
