Description
This role sits within Xeinadin’s Startup and Scale-up team, supporting high-growth technology companies and some of the fastest-growing brands in the UK.
As part of our Outsourced Finance team, you will work with ambitious, venture-backed businesses across a range of sectors, helping them scale through best-in-class financial support. Using leading cloud accounting platforms such as Xero and Dext, you will deliver high-quality accounting and finance services while gaining exposure to innovative, fast-paced businesses.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing a client portfolio for a diverse range of tech start-ups providing an excellent, proactive services for the seed to venture backed portfolio.
- Manage monthly management accounts, VAT, PAYE, CT600 delivery
- Supervises monthly accounting month end close ensuring junior staff members deliver
- Management of the accounts runway, will prepare statutory annual accounts for filing and returns to company house.
- Takes proactive role in improving information and procedures
- Onboarding clients to ensure the customer onboarding journey is seamless increasing client retention and relationships
- Exceptional standard of client services include professional clearance and monitoring response times
Key Requirements
- ACCA/ACA part-qualified
- At least 3 years practice experience
- Experience of accounting for startups, OMB's
- Xero experience is a big plus
