We’re business advisors and accountants, with over 30 years of experience we’ve honed our skills and developed our service offering to deliver a much wider range of bespoke support and advice to ambitious business owners and their businesses.
We currently have an exciting opening for a Senior Accountant in our Professional Services division.
We always seek the best talent, looking for individuals who are technically brilliant, solution-focused and continually strive to be the best in class.
Our Professional Services division is a key part of that growth and evolution. It consists of a compact team in Northern Ireland, working with a much larger team in India; and in doing so this role provides boundless opportunity and variety. You will be technically strong, an excellent communicator, and have strong people skills.
This role has much crossover with the role of a general practice accountant, but is unique, and offers unrivalled opportunities for progression. It will suit an ambitious, technically skilled all-rounder with strong practice experience, who has excellent communication skills and a desire to lead.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
