Title: Senior Accountant | Tech Enabled Practice

Position: Full Time

Location: Central London - Hybrid

Salary: £50,000 + Bonus

Join a fast-growing Tech-Enabled Outsourced Finance Firm during a hyper-growth phase. We’re looking for a Client Manager to take ownership of a high-value portfolio and help shape the future of our client offering as we continue scaling at pace.

The Role

You’ll take responsibility for your own portfolio of fast-moving businesses, acting as a trusted financial contact while overseeing delivery from a small team.

Overview:

  • Managing and developing relationships with a portfolio of founder-led businesses
  • Reviewing statutory accounts, indirect tax filings, and payroll processes
  • Supporting clients with budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow planning
  • Identifying advisory opportunities and expanding service offerings
  • Advising on growth-related matters including equity schemes and innovation tax incentives
  • Manage a team of 3-4 junior accountants

About You

  • Professionally qualified or part-qualified (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
  • Experience within practice or a client-facing finance environment is a must
  • Comfortable managing multiple workstreams and deadlines
  • Strong communicator who enjoys building long-term client partnerships
  • Motivated by growth and keen to take on increasing responsibility
