Senior Accountant UK
In the context of Renvolt’s establishment as a standalone entity following the carve-out from Voltalia, the Senior Accountant UK ensures the production of accurate financial information for the Renvolt UK entity. This includes accounting entries, monthly/quarterly/annual closings, VAT and CIS submissions, IFRS reporting via OneStream, and acting as the IFS referent for the UK team. The role supports the Finance Responsible UK in maintaining financial integrity, regulatory compliance, and continuous process improvement.
Your Missions
Production of Financial Information & Closings
- Ensure accurate and timely data input for our UK entity, with relevant reconciliations in place.
- Establish monthly, quarterly, and annual closings for the UK scope, including supporting VAT returns, CIS submissions, and annual accounts preparation.
- Process multi-currency accounting entries and perform intercompany reconciliations. Prepare income statement and balance sheet in OneStream, process IFRS journals and adjustments (IFRS 15, IFRS 16).
- Perform bank reconciliations and resolve queries.
- Support external audit preparation and coordinate with auditors on UK-specific matters.

ERP Referent & Systems (IFS)
- Act as the IFS referent for the UK Finance team: follow-up on assistance requests, drive tool improvements and fixes.
- Organize regular training and follow-up sessions with the accounting team on ERP usage.
- Ensure correct coding, use of automation features, and compliance with group ERP standards.
- Support the transition to standalone ERP configuration following the carve-out from Voltalia.
Cross-functional & Continuous Improvement
- Identify and communicate ERP system improvements, issues, and accounting process enhancements to the team.
- Build on existing processes and implement improvements in line with Renvolt group policies.
- Support the Finance Responsible UK with ad-hoc analyses, budget preparation, and cost reporting.
- Contribute to the setup of standalone Finance processes in the context of the carve-out transition.

Requirements
- Degree Level: Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics
- Experience: At least 10 years of experience in Accounting & Corporate Finance
- Knowledge area:
- Experience in Accounting, Tax compliance, and Finance operations management
- Must have in-depth knowledge of advanced functions for Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Power Query/database, Power BI, and automated dashboards
- Must have in-depth knowledge of ERP finance applications, local tax systems (PT: SNC, AT Portal / IE:ROS)
- Must have in-depth knowledge of consolidation and reporting tools (OneStream)
- Working knowledge of IFS ERP and Microsoft F&O is a strong advantage.
