A Senior position within the Account Receivable Team helping the department achieve its ambition of being market leading with brilliant fundamentals:

- Deputise in Team Lead’s absence to manage team and client expectations.
- SME in client calls and written communication.
- Assists TL in training of new recruits and upskilling of current employees.
- Provision of accurate arrears reports.
- SME in client reporting.
- Support team to ensure all client KPI’s and business set targets are met.
- Chase tenants to recover outstanding sums.
- Deal with complex escalations from AR Analysts & support accordingly.
- Collaborate with other Team Leads to ensure consistency across the wider structure.
- Have regular meetings with portfolio managers providing comments on arrears.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for both internal and external clients as required.
- Instruct Enforcement Agents.
- Complex Reconciliation of Occupier accounts and resolving tenant queries.
- Work within the best practice guidelines to ensure a common and consistent approach is used across the company.
- Any other duties necessary to assist with the running of the various portfolios within the team.
