Ready to take your career global? Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a Accounts Receivable Senior to join our SMB and Enterprise Collections team and help shape the future of global commerce.
What you’ll own
- Support the end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) process, ensuring accurate and timely cash application, account reconciliation and query resolution.
- Analyse aged debt, cash trends, dispute volumes and AR performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Act as an escalation point for complex customer queries, disputes and reconciliation issues, driving timely and effective resolution.
- Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to proactively resolve issues and improve payment outcomes.
- Support achievement of key Accounts Receivable performance metrics, including cash application accuracy, ageing reduction and query resolution targets.
- Lead continuous improvement and automation initiatives, identifying opportunities to streamline processes, strengthen controls and enhance the customer experience.
What you’ll bring
- Strong understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes and Accounts Receivable best practices.
- Experience working with large-scale finance systems, ERP platforms or Accounts Receivable technologies.
- Proven ability to identify process improvement opportunities and implement sustainable solutions.
- Experience working within a Shared Services, multinational or high-volume transactional environment.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, with strong numerical and analytical abilities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage and influence at all levels of the organisation.
