Position Overview

The Senior Acquisition Manager leads high-impact growth across all acquisition channels - paid, organic, offline, and emerging search formats. This role is perfect for someone who has both strategic depth and hands-on capability. You’ll build and optimise acquisition engines, run rapid experiments, and drive measurable customer and revenue growth in a fast-paced online environment.

This is a senior role, but it requires a roll-your-sleeves-up, start-up mindset: bias for action, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to execute quickly while still building for scale. This is a high-visibility role requiring both deep acquisition expertise and evidence of exposure to wider marketing disciplines. The successful candidate will be a trusted partner in driving marketing excellence across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Acquisition Strategy & Ownership

  • Build and maintain a long-term acquisition roadmap across all channels: paid search/social, SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimisation), programmatic, affiliates, creator-led, offline, and new discovery platforms.
  • Define audience strategies, segmentation approaches, and growth hypotheses to expand reach and improve acquisition efficiency.
  • Own channel mix decisions, budgeting and forecasting, and continuously rebalance based on performance.

Execution & Optimisation

  • Explore opportunities to acquire users across all online and offline channels, using customer and industry data to identify, launch and measure campaigns.
  • Lead day-to-day execution of digital campaigns across paid channels, ensuring rapid iteration and learning.
  • Use A/B and multivariate testing frameworks to optimise landing pages, messaging, bidding strategies, and funnel performance.
  • Drive continual improvements in CTR, conversion rate, ROAS, and LTV/CAC ratio.
  • Implement structured experimentation - document hypotheses, measure results, and scale winning ideas.
  • Take overall responsibility for the Acquisition budget and ensure a strong ROI across all campaigns.
  • Work closely with the SEO & AEO Manager to deliver consistent growth across organic search and LLMs.
  • Show leadership and innovation in the adoption of AI to scale work and increase efficiency.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

About Vivastreet

Over the years, we have seen a rise in the number of sex workers looking to advertise their services via the platform. While these adverts are legal, we recognise that their presence gives rise to the risk of criminals seeking to use our platform for exploitation. As a result, we have fundamentally reshaped our business, investing heavily in safeguarding technology and personnel as part of our core mission to be the safest and most trusted operator in this space. This has involved forging close working relationships with a range of stakeholders, including in government, law enforcement, and across the charity sector.

Further information about our safety measures and our stakeholder relationships can be found on our Corporate Responsibility page.

What are we like:

  • A vibrant business, full of creative and passionate people committed to the common goal of delivering Safety across a market-leading service.
  • We like to work with smart people and pull together to deliver a great product to a growing community.
  • We do lots of fun stuff and believe in promoting from within to develop careers. It’s hands-on and full-on. You will be challenged from day one. If this prospect excites you, we’d love to hear from you!
