Location: Newcastle (Covering the North East)
Job Type: Permanent | Full-Time
Salary: Up to £50,000 Basic + Performance Commission (OTE £80,000+)
Pro Staff Construction are working with a growing property developer looking for an experienced Senior Acquisitions Agent to join their expanding team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proven property professional to take a leading role in sourcing, securing and delivering investment opportunities across the North East. Working within a fast-paced, ambitious business, you'll help shape the acquisitions strategy while leading and developing a growing team.
The Role
You'll be responsible for identifying and securing investment-grade properties across a range of strategies including:
- Buy-to-Let
- HMOs
- Commercial-to-Residential conversions
- Turnkey Investments

You'll also build strong relationships with estate agents, auction houses, vendors and introducers, driving team performance and expanding acquisition channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and secure investment properties across multiple strategies.
- Build and improve acquisition processes and sourcing channels.
- Develop relationships with agents, auction houses, and vendors.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of acquisitions agents.
- Drive KPIs, pipeline growth, and deal conversions.
- Present investment opportunities to clients.
- Provide market intelligence and performance reporting.
- Travel across the North East, with occasional travel further afield.
Essential Requirements
- Extensive experience within property sales or acquisitions.
- Strong knowledge of the North East property market.
- Proven success in a target-driven sales environment.
- Previous management or team leadership experience.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Process-driven with strong commercial awareness.
- Full UK Driving Licence.

- Existing network of estate agents, auction houses, and property contacts.
- Experience with BRRR, HMOs, Commercial-to-Residential, or development projects.
- Background within a high-growth property or investment business.
