Senior Acquisitions Executive, Real Estate

Hyjan Investments are a research and data led property investment company that specialises in buying long term empty and problematic property nationwide.

We are actively looking to bring new members in to our highly successful acquisition team. The team currently consists of 5 acquisition executives, who acquire circa 15-20 properties per month.

This is a very exciting opportunity for someone to make the move into a property acquisition role, to learn from an experienced and successful team and to build a career in property investment.

Responsibilities

Proactively manage your database of files/properties Researching and valuing potential investments Negotiating and structuring complex property deals Communicating with vendors and people connected to the property Responsible for building your personal brand and supporting the wider business Working closely with other team members to help each other achieve our targets and goals. We are very much a close and supportive team

Qualifications

5+ years of property related experience in a transactional role A proven track record of having built a successful sales desk or pipeline Ability to write emails to an extremely high level Confident with cold calling and ability to build relationships with a wide spectrum of people Experience using Salesforce or other CRM is desirable

We are based in West Hampstead, London, NW6 and our office hours are 9:30am-6pm and there is an expectation to work outside of office hours when required. Please only apply if this would work for you.
