Exciting Opportunity for a Scheduling Administrator
An exciting opportunity has become available for a motivated, organised, and enthusiastic scheduling administrator to join our dynamic Medical Day Unit team at The Royal Marsden. As a key member of our administrative team, you will play a vital role in delivering a smooth and efficient patient journey.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Will Include:
- Scheduling and coordinating patient appointments for cancer treatment
- Supporting and responding to patient queries with care and professionalism
- Acting as a front-of-house ambassador on our front desk, creating a welcoming environment
- Providing essential administrative support to a busy and fast-paced day unit

The Role
The Administrator/Scheduler is an integral member of the Medical Day Unit team under the supervision of the Administrative Manager and Nursing Managers. The post holder will coordinate all administrative and scheduling aspects of the Day Care Services including appointment scheduling, reception, and clerical duties. The working days will be Monday – Friday 08:00 – 16:00 or 09:00 – 17:00.
