Senior Clerical Officer – Breast Screening & Symptomatic Service
An exciting opportunity has become available for a Senior Clerical Officer to provide comprehensive and confidential administrative support for the Warwickshire, Solihull & Coventry Breast Screening Service and Symptomatic Service, aligned with Departmental, Trust, and National Standards, policies, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
Day-to-Day Administrative Support
- Act as the first point of contact for a named consultant or consultants, managing their day-to-day correspondence.
- Handle all inquiries promptly with tact, ensuring timely resolution and accurate record-keeping.
- Communicate effectively across all levels using written, oral, and electronic methods.
- Address sensitive issues with diligence and confidentiality.

Efficient Documentation & Collaboration
- Maintain up-to-date, well-organised records for decision-making.
- Work with relevant departments (internal and external) to optimise administrative systems.
- Collaborate to monitort ask levels, allocate resources efficiently, and escalate exceptions as required.
- Report operational concerns to the Office Manager.
