Encocam Ltd are recruiting for a part-time (27.5hrs per week) Senior Administrative Coordinator to join our Bespoke Composite Panels (BCP) division working at our site in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire.
BCP specialises in crafting advanced composite structures and panels designed for durability, precision, and performance across a wide variety of industries. They include Aerospace, Marine, Rail, Industrial Printing, and Automotive. Our products are engineered to meet unique specifications, making them ideal for applications requiring strength, lightweight construction, and versatility. Your responsibilities will include:
- Effectively deal with all sales enquiries (e.g., phone, e-mails, websites).
- Ensure the timely production of quotations.
- Maintenance of customer/prospect database.
- Process orders, liaising with the Accounts department regarding payment terms and Production/Dispatch departments regarding delivery dates.
- Arrange credit notes as required.
- Timely administration of customer complaints.
- Undertake research, cold calling, and marketing exercises to generate leads.
- Creation of visit reports with clear, follow up actions.
- Arrange customer visits and occasionally accompany them to visits.
- Assist in the development and improvement of sales literature, datasheets and website.
- Prepare Routings and BOMs for standard products.
- Prepare timesheets for shopfloor staff and send them to HR for payroll.
- Minute (and occasionally chair) weekly meetings.

The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, with high attention to detail and time management. A background in administration/sales, and experience with Microsoft Business Central is desirable.
