Role Description
The Senior Administrator role is a full-time, on-site position based in London. This role is responsible for overseeing daily office operations, including managing client documentation, coordinating schedules, maintaining internal databases, and supporting the smooth delivery of tax and advisory services. The Senior Administrator will liaise with clients and internal teams, prepare and track correspondence, assist with compliance-related filing, and help organise meetings, deadlines, and project timelines. The role also includes implementing and refining administrative processes, supporting onboarding of new team members, and contributing to continuous improvement of office efficiency and client service. The successful candidate will be expected to work closely with senior leadership to ensure administrative activities align with the firm’s standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

- Strong administrative and organisational skills, including calendar management, records management, and workflow coordination.
- Proficiency with office software and tools (e.g., Google Suite, document management systems, CRM platforms).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues at all levels.
- Experience in a professional services environment, ideally within accounting, tax, financial services, or consultancy.
- High attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in handling confidential information and compliance-related documentation.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of basic accounting or tax terminology and processes is an advantage.
- Previous experience in a senior or lead administrative role and familiarity with UK business practices.
- Relevant education such as a diploma or degree in business administration, office management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Commitment to inclusive, collaborative working practices and continuous professional development.
