Job Description

Are you a highly organised individual who is curious, enjoys improving processes and keeping operations running smoothly? If so, this is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative and forward-thinking team as a Senior Administrator.

Salary: £27,500 per annum

Ideal Location: Stokenchurch, United Kingdom, HP14

The Role

As a Senior Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting our client’s field teams and ensuring operational excellence across the business. You will act as a central point of operational expertise, coordination and working closely with internal teams, suppliers, and third-party partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain clear and effective communication between internal teams, external partners, the client and suppliers
  • Be the operational expert advising and guiding, troubleshooting and problem solving
  • Proactively look at ways to improve processes and systems using the latest technology to drive efficiency and improve costs
  • Support field team activities, including organising training sessions and events
  • Attend and support the organisation of client offsite conferences and meetings
  • Produce and distribute account toolkits and field documentation to agreed standards and deadlines
  • Coordinate with third-party suppliers to manage equipment purchasing, distribution, and asset tracking
  • Work with the wider team to create and maintain Salesforce and reporting systems on tablets and mobile devices
  • Work cross-functionally to resolve day-to-day operational issues
