Senior Administrator (Temporary until end September 2026 | Possible extension | 35 hours per week | £18.00 per hour | Canary Wharf, London)
An organisation at the forefront of maintaining standards in Education and Care is seeking a Senior Administrator to join their national team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the smooth running of their Delivery Unit, supporting inspection teams, senior leaders, and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Manage diaries, inboxes, travel arrangements, and meetings for senior leadership
- Coordinate inspection schedules and support recruitment & onboarding of inspectors
- Maintain data systems, track delivery metrics, and produce management reports
- Support internal communications, projects, and priority national delivery initiatives
- Act as the primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders

Requirements
- Previous experience providing support to a high-pressure department preferred
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to prioritise tasks independently and manage varied workloads
- Confident use of Microsoft Office and additional software tools
