Delivery Support Officer, Temporary, 3-4 months, 35 hours per week, £18.00 an hour, Canary Wharf, London
An organisation at the forefront of maintaining standards in Education and Care is looking for two Delivery Support Officers to join their national team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the smooth running of their Delivery Unit, providing essential support to inspection teams, and senior leaders.
Your daily tasks:
- Managing diaries, inboxes, travel, and meetings for senior leaders
- Coordinating inspection schedules and supporting inspector recruitment & onboarding
- Maintaining data systems, tracking delivery metrics, and producing management reports
- Supporting internal communications, projects, and national delivery priorities
- Acting as a key point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders

Ideally you will have:
- Previous experience providing support to a busy department
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent communication
- Ability to prioritise and manage varied tasks independently
- Confident in the use of Microsoft Office and additional applications
