About The Role
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Senior Administrator to join our Executive Support Team. In this pivotal role, you will provide high-quality administrative support to our Executive Leadership Team, helping to ensure the smooth and efficient running of a busy executive office.
As a trusted member of the team, you will act as a key point of contact for the Executive Leadership Team, liaising confidently with staff, students, Governors and external stakeholders. You will take ownership of a wide range of administrative activities, delivering exceptional organisational support and playing an important role in enabling the Executive Leadership Team to focus on delivering the organisation's strategic priorities.
What You Will Do
- You will work with the Head of Department to provide professional, responsive, and confidential PA support to the Executive Leadership Team.
- Organise events, conferences, strategy sessions and various meetings.
- Produce meeting agendas and accurate minutes of meetings.
- Assist with the planning and prioritisation ELTs daily workload.
- Make independent decisions.
About You
- Previous experience as a Senior Administrator or PA.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Able to work flexibly and without direct supervision.
- Good IT Skills
- Able to work to tight deadlines.
- Good working ethos.
