Job Summary
We're looking to recruit a highly organised and detail-oriented Senior Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing comprehensive administrative support. This position requires a proactive individual with strong computer and document production skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities
- Production of technical and assurance documentation (60-70% of the time)
- Managing and supporting the commissioning/pre-operations team
- Manage correspondence (including emails)
- Maintain accurate records
- Utilise Microsoft Office for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations
- Support team members with administrative tasks to enhance productivity
- Develop and implement organisational systems to improve office efficiency
Qualifications
- Proven office experience possibly in a technical environment with a strong background in administration/document production
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Well developed communication, prioritisation, and organisation skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Prior clerical experience is an advantage
