£29,740–£36,446 per annum (pro rata, based on skills and experience) Part-time position (20 hours/week): Wednesday to Friday (Wednesday as team day on campus)

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and well-organised Senior Administrator to join our Business Operations Team on a part-time basis.
This position will provide key support to the Academic Registrar’s Division (ARD), ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of administrative and operational services.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering high-level administrative and executive support to managers, teams, and the ARD Leadership Team
- Coordinating administrative processes, records, and documentation while ensuring accuracy
- Supporting financial, HR, and resource management in adherence to departmental/university procedures
- Preparing reports, correspondence, and management information as required
- Acting as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders—resolving queries and escalating issues where necessary
- Contributing to systems optimisation, process improvements, and operational effectiveness
- Supporting projects and initiatives that strengthen team efficiency

About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Significant experience in an administrative or operational role within a complex organisation, demonstrating leadership and autonomy
- Proven ability to manage workloads efficiently, prioritise tasks, and work independently while adhering to procedures
- Strong stakeholder engagement, working effectively at all levels of an organisation
- Compelling track record in coordination, record-keeping, and cross-team collaboration
- Exceptional organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Written and verbal communication suitable for executive reporting and stakeholder liaison
- Confident IT proficiency, including spreadsheets, databases, and document management tools
- Collaborative and customer-focused mindset, prioritising service excellence
